There's an employment recruiter who posts advice on TikTok, and she shared the "three things to lie about" during a job interview.

TikToker, Bonnie Dilber captioned her now-viral TikTok, "Companies want to hire top talent that will grow with them over time" as she explains why it is appropriate to lie.

Basically, Bonnie says that being overly honest about why you're leaving your job, or where you see yourself in 5 years, can be a big red flag for potential employers unless you know to spin your answers properly.
